Obligation counts span the whole view
A group down the left of Obligations used to count the rows that happened to have loaded. Scrolling changed the numbers, and a category with forty waiting suggestions could be missing from the list entirely. Every group shows its own summary from the server now, attribute groupings included. Its overdue line and its suggestion count cover everything the view matches.
The list also loads in rounds and shows the load while it does, instead of showing “No obligations yet” and filling seconds later. Cards are wider, four across at most, and the health dot is grey under Draft and Suggestions. Nothing there is on a schedule until you accept it.
