Sync health in more steps
An asset’s sync now falls behind in steps: orange after 20 minutes without a sync, red after 30, and grey when it is turned off. How your data gets in lists each state. A file that is empty in SharePoint is skipped instead of failing the sync, and failed files are retried hourly. The Processing status card on an asset’s Overview has one badge for sync and processing that opens the detail, and Refresh starts a sync if you can manage it. A document still being checked for records shows Detecting records.
